“I love how it’s light and flavorful. The jamun is almost blueberry tasting and pairs well with the light lavender flavor. It’s sweet and botanical without being overpowering.”- @young_opio bartender & chef at The “Taproom At 642 Rogers Ave”
This week we are highlighting lavender as the flavor of the week. Our bartenders beer of the week is the ‘Baby Don’t Worr-ah’ jamun lavender gose which is the fermented beer version of out “Nana’s Garden Smoothie. Both are rich with coconut, lavender and 2 kinds of American berries one with North American blueberries the other with Central American blueberries.
