Our New York tasting room is located at 642 Rogers Ave in the heart of Flatbush, Brooklyn near the 2, 5, and Q Train with street parking and nearby lot parking. If you’re looking to host a party, anniversary, fundraiser, special event, workshop, networking mixer, bachelor or bachelorette party or other in a cozy and unique location that will impress your guests, consider hosting in this unique taproom that crafts something for everyone.

 

Options

Book a 4 hour slot any day with availability. This booking includes full use of public areas in the taproom including the courtyard, indoor temperature controlled lounge and breezeway indoor bar. Three booking options are available to suit your needs. Space holds 50 seated or 100 standing. Live entertainers are welcome or can be booked separate.

( All Events are 4 hours minimum and include use of the courtyard as is and standard house music )

Taproom 642 located at 642 Rogers Avenue in Flatbush in Brooklyn 11226 three (3) blocks from Prospect Park and SUNY Downstate.

Open Bar Booking

Requires Open Bar Tab

  • Best for Private Events
  • Open Bar: includes full drink menu and four (4) hours complementary reservation of the taproom and courtyard.
  • Setup: no decorations, flyers or promotional materials may be hung or dispersed throughout the space. You are welcome to setup 1 small table at the entry way for guest intake and promotional material sharing. Materials left behind will be subject to a cleaning fee.
  • Minimum: $750  (Holidays $950)
  • Additional Hours: $250 in advance $300 day of if no other events are booked. To be paid upfront.
  • Extras: no use of facilities, storage or rental equipment unless booked separately.
  • Payment: to be paid upfront before the day of your event. Best to book 30 days in advance to guarantee your desired date. No refunds. Exchanges offered in the form of continued customer tab. Expires after 3 months post event date.

Standard Booking

Four (4) hour minimum rental only.

  • Flat Rate: $250/hour with 4 hour minimum.
  • Additional Hours: $250 in advance $300 day of if no other events are booked. To be paid upfront.
  • Extras: no use of facilities, storage or rental equipment unless booked separately.
  • Payment: to be paid upfront before the day of your event. Best to book 30 days in advance to guarantee your desired date. No refunds. Exchanges offered in the form of continued customer tab. Expires after 3 months post event date.

  • Recommended Open Bar: minimum $750 standard open bar reservation for guests includes non-alcoholic drinks, house made alcoholic beverages. Premium Open Bar for top shelf spirit cocktail inclusion.
  • Recommended Food Buffet: add-on Caribbean Standard or Standard American buffet $350 minimum. Buffets are add-on only. We do not offer food with out an open bar reservation.

Takeover Booking

Day Rental

  • Flat Rate: $3000. Additional fees for bar and kitchen service.
  • Included: use of AV equipment, kitchen, limited storage provided.
  • Max Usage: 12 hours max with overnight storage. (perfect for decorating or setup  time, film shoots, photo shoots, art shows, workshops)
  • Payment: to be paid upfront before the day of your event. Best to book 30 days in advance to guarantee your desired date. No refunds. Exchanges offered in the form of continued customer tab. Expires after 3 months post event date.

  • Drink or Food Service: If drinks and food catering are needed we offer packages starting at $750 for open bar and $350 for full buffet add-on. This fees is separate and the service must be requested at the time of booking. We offer two (2 menus) Caribbean Standard or Standard American buffet. Buffets are add-on only. We do not offer food with out an open bar reservation.

Note booking only includes public access areas and the the available furniture. Rentals, AV, Entertainment and Open bar for guests are separate. No outside food or drink allowed during events.

Visit us during our public hours Thursday – Sunday 7pm – 10pm.
Please make an appointment to have a manager walk you through the space or book a meeting with a booking agent to get your answer answered. We can not accommodate surprise visits and do not wish to make our guests feel ignored.
