New Beer Releases

New Beer Releases

The newest brewery in town is not another IPA or DDH loaded taproom.
Island to Island Brewery is a brewery off the beaten path bringing tastes of Caribbean Islands to beer, cider and smoothies right to New York City’s backyard.

Remember the tastes, smells and colors of your last Caribbean cruise – the Jamaican Shandy, the Trinidadian Sorrel, the Mexican Pineapple, the Saint Martin Coconut Water, the Grand Cayman Mangos? Island to Island Brewery brings it all to Brooklyn while still celebrating the richest of the greatest city on earth, New York City.

Each week Island to Island will be releasing a new line of beers, ciders, smoothies, juices and cocktails based on Caribbean and NY Seasonal fruits. It’s part of the Seed to Spirit Experience the health conscience founder has based the menu on. The idea is that from child to adult, drinkers and non-drinkers alike can taste and enjoy well crafted beverages based on the season’s best harvest.

This week’s releases 7/21 are a line up of Hibiscus or Sorrel based recipes paired with gluten free biscuits for the Foodie Friday release party. Upcoming releases are 7/28 Watermelon featuring a Watermelon Saison the perfect BBQ beer and 8/4 Peach pulling local flavors into sweeter beers, smoothies and hard cider.

Don’t worry If you like hops they brewer’s have crafted a gluten free calypso dry hopped IPA beer that is technically a cider base with all the hoppy flavor beer American IPA beer nerds enjoy.

Cheers!
