Flagship Recipe.

Island to Island Brewery’s flagship cider is the “Yuh Crazy”, a Cider/Beer mashup made with 50% New York grown apples, 50% New York water and the West Indian fruit sorrel.”Yuh Crazy” is brewed with three hop additions of calypso and mosaic hops. It is also dry hopped during fermentation. Unlike traditional ciders, the “Yuh Crazy” is a hoppy west indian red ale, our Caribbean take on the American IPA. “Yuh Crazy” is our W.I.R.A (West Indian Red Ale).

New ciders on tap.

Island to Island Brewery’s cider releases are all seasonal or inspired by caribbean produce.
Our brewmasters use the finest New York State grown apples. Ciders are crafted from both single & mixed variety apples when in season. Apples are sourced from local farms we visit for our annual apple picking.

What is Cider?

Cider refers to a fermented beverage crafted from the juice of apples. Yeast consume the sugars from apples as the main sugar source for alcohol production. Ciders ferment between 1.5% alcohol by volume to 9% sometimes more. Average ciders we brew end between 3.3% ABV – 7% ABV. Ciders are light gluten free brews that are not hopped like beers are and are typically sweeter than beer. Learn more about ciders.
